Our Experience Team provides our hotel clients, pro-active consultation through our Experience Visits. The visits are carried out on a yearly basis with the objective to share statistical analysis on how the IPTV system is performing for the property. With this information, we provide new ideas for the hotel on how to fully utilise their SELECTV system. We constantly propose ideas for hotel promotions, how to generate new revenue streams, activities to increase SELECTV usage and most importantly, ways to enhance the guest experience.
