Movie (VOD) Transaction Dispute

During checking out, the guest said he has not purchased or watched the movie, how do we verify?

Firstly, the system caters for a confirmation screen during a purchase, and the default button is always focusing on the "no" button to prevent any accidental purchase; eg, pressing too fast.

If the movie has been purchased, it will be posted to your PMS and recorded in our system. You may verify the transaction in the XConsole, under Transaction Report, as depicted below.

If  the movie has been purchased and watched, you may verify the log in the XConsole, under Movie Log Report if the guest disputed he has not watched, as depicted below.
