Portfolio Not Updated

We have checked in a guest, why the screen is showing "Portfolio Not Updated"?

Please verify with front office to confirm a proper check-in, most of the time the guest has not been checked in.

Please verify if the guest is checked in to the correct room or if the STB is registered correctly. 

There might be an issue with the PMS interface / link, please verify with the vendor.
