Having a content strategy is strategic and a must have for telcos and broadband providers in today's competitive and converging market. Deploying a content offering fulfils multiple strategic and operational objectives for operators such as:

high dependency on monthly subscription mimicking traditional broadband and cable tv business models is not suitable for today’s market where consumers prefer a pay per use basis
